Dr. Birajlakshmi Ghosh is a commendable writer and scholar in the field of Teacher Education . She worked as Assistant Professor of Political Science in Sarsuna College for 4 years and Krishnanagar B.Ed. College for 5.6 years. Presently she is working as Principal in Gholdigrui Sikshan Mandir (B.Ed. and D.El.Ed. College).

She has 14 years teaching experience. She has done her MA in Political Science , B.Ed. and M.Ed. degree from Calcutta and obtained her MA in Education , PhD in Education from University of Kalyani. She has published 15 books in field of Teacher Education . She has research articles in ISSN Journals. She has attained and presented paper in 42 State Lavel, National and International Journal. She worked as examiner in CU,KU,WBUTTEPA and St. Xavier’s College.
